1- How to select suitable led driver power or solid state relay for each circuit ?
2- what is allowed max distance between led drivers or solid state relay and leds incase of put driver in smart panel ?

1. it according to your load type. usually type-A: DC12v or 24V driver for LED strip. type-B: SSR AC220 lamp deriver these all in our online store:

2. It needs to be tried in practice, which is related to the diameter of the wire. The thicker the wire, the farther the transmission distance. Generally, there should be no problem about 30 meters

just LED strip can use by DC 0-10V driver. it's commonly used, many products on the market.

I still need to choose.
My idea was to use 220v dimmable led spots like this.
Do you think 12v/24v is a better option?

if you chose this 220v lamp need dimmable, make sure your load support dimmable.
if your lamp is no problem for dimmable, ok, you can add this driver to KC868-D16, it support AC220v load:
