COLB problem - hentes - 12-02-2022

Hello. I have a situation with one from the 2 COLB logical controllers. I would really appreciate if you could help me. After powering it on the RUN and the PWR leds are OFF. It is connected to LAN but the device scanner is not finding it. All the ethernet and wifi mode leds are off. The product is brand new. Never used. What could be the problem? Thank you.

do you have use DC12v power supply? Maybe the polarity of the power supply is reversed, you can exchange.

Yes I'm usi g dc 12v. Polarity is ok. I have checked. One of the wifi leds is on.

you can download controller firmware again by USB-RS232 cable.

RE: COLB problem - hentes - 12-15-2022

After downloading firmware again the module is powering on, but not sending analog values regularly (autoreport is turned on) or sending the same value for all analog inputs with mqtt.
Example:
I have 2 light sensors at 2 different rooms. All in dark. When i go to one of the sensors with a flashlight the same value is sent via mqtt for the other sensor too.
P. S. The module is new and the white led for "Ethernet mode - client is flickering"
What is the problem? Thank you.
