What happened to the Amazon online store? Everything says unavailable.

Amazon is hard for contact with customer directly, so now we mainly upload products to our aliexrepss official store and alibaba online store.

To bad, I like the free shipping I get with amazon prime. Plus when I purchased a H32L from there over a year ago I didn't have any difficulty contacting you when I got a defective product.
