H32B Pro , Cloud you help to fix - parnnasa - 01-13-2024
I use KC868 H32B pro with KC868-AK
1st time we can use, after than we cannot control anything. Please advise us.

Video 1:
Everything is working normally; the ability to control power on and off is functioning properly.
Video 2:
After performing a new power cycle to test the system, following the shutdown from the first video, everything is unresponsive. Even though attempting to power on and off again for another cycle, the system remains stuck and cannot be controlled.

1. when it can't work, whether you can open webpage of H32B Pro? or whether tuya app can control? i just want to know which board have problem, H32B Pro or KC868-AK.
2. which cable you are using for H32B Pro and KC868-AK? RS232 or RS485? if you are using RS485, try to use by RS232. Not use two cables at the same time.
