I just purchased a new KC868-H32B but there is no QR code on the product itself?

you can login by ethernet webpage, here have UID. what will use by QR code? because now we suggest to use tuya app, not need to use the QR code now.

is there a manual / video for the Tuya app integration? I cannot find a way to add the UID?
When I try to add using UID in the Smarthome app I get the error "Server has not been added to the host, please contact the administrator"
BLue LED next to the power-in is on and the green WIFI led next to the WIFI reset button is also on.

send me your UID, take a photo of your controller metal box. i need to confirm whether it's H32B.

I can confirm it is the KC868-H32B (I have 2, they are 100% identical from the outside and the inside).

the UID have added to cloud server , you can use app now.

that is disappointing, on your website it states that it works with Google Home and Alexa... now it seems you need to buy additional things for this :-(
