Hello all
I have flashed my KC868-A8 with Tasmota32.de fw.(https://tasmota.github.io/install/)
it works.
When I will flah the KC868-A8 firmware(KC868-A8-Tasmota-firmware.bin) with this tool,
I get an error like this:
and the board has no function.
Then i use the tasmota.de fw again, flash works but without
Configuration - Configure PCF8574 menu.
So i cant use the relais
Please help.

I have done this exactly with this flash tools:
1. Tasmota web UI
2. flash_download_tool_3.9.2
with this bin file: KC868-A8-Tasmota-firmware.bin from your mentiond side.
Only the original fw tasmota.de works AND the original FW KCS_KC868_A8_V2.2.2.bin
With the fw KCS_KC868_A8_V2.2.2.bin the MQTT interface works, but I can't access the relais.
I see only this:

do you means use KCS firmware can't control relay?

the fw: KCS_KC868_A8_V2.2.2.bin is OK
but I need the Tasmota
so the fw from your mentiond side( KC868-A8-Tasmota-firmware.bin ) is not possible to flash

you can download from tasmota webpage, compile online (enable PCF8574 option)
