KC868-H32BS restart - hentes - 05-29-2024
I have a KC868-H32BS and after restarting Home Assistant all entities from KC868-H32BS are unavailable. After power cycling the KC868-H32BS all entities are coming back. Is it possible to restart the KC868-H32BS with an MQTT command?
Any other alternatives to resolve this situation?

Not ideal, but you can put the power adapter of the KC868 behind a zigbee or wifi switch, and have an automation in Home Assistant that runs at startup to power-cycle it.

It's a possible solution but not professional at all. Besides the KC868-H32BS is mounted in an electeical box and I have no more space. Any other solution?
What is the root case of the problem? Why I have to power cycle the module?
