I press transmit and got the trasmitted msg but it cant control the device, may i know the reasons?

you can try to re learn the signal.
how long distance between your device and AG?

i have tried to re learn the signals a few times and the AG is very near the devices.

maybe the wireless code not supportted. do you have tested another RF device.
another way, you can open AG BLACK plastic shell, test whether work well. open it , take a photo.
