Does the digital input work with sensors that send 3-24V as output? No electricity = 0, electricity = 1?

digital input use for dry contact. or 12v for logical. you can use the sensor work with DC12V. when KC868-A16 digital input have 0V = logical "1", have 12V = logical "0".

So, these two sensors should work with digital input, is that correct:
