KC868-H32 Relay Controller REV:2.4 Problem after firmware update - bvelinov - 01-08-2025
Hello, today I ordered from your controller for control through the Tuya application, and in this regard I decided to change the firmware version with a new one downloaded from your site following all the steps as described. After the procedure is completed, my kc868-h32 is no longer the same. outputs 2 and 3 flash and the response time of the buttons is unstable. Please give me feedback and if there is the original version of my device, could you provide it to me?
I installed the firmware H32B_V508_230921

that is "H32B" controller, not your "H32" . they are different product.

2--H32_Relay_32.zip if you want KC868-H32 controller work with tuya app, you should add tuya adapter, here is video tour:

I no longer have access to the KinCony Smart Home app, in which I used to set up scenes and time settings. When can I expect an update to the smart home app for newer versions of iOS, and will it continue to be active in the future?
