hello, i have a question about the relay board - wkdrlfska - 02-08-2025
I watched YouTube and connected the relay controller to the app.
But when I press the switch on the app, there is no relay operation sound and the LED light does not turn on.
My board is old 8CH.
Please help me

I have two controllers, H8B and H8W,
I watched kincony youtube to do the test.
I connected it to the app, but there's no LED light and relay operation sound.
There was a reaction in the datalog when I pressed the switch, so I checked it and it seems to be a normal response.

kincony cloud server stop use in 2024-12-31

kincony smart home app is stop to use. the PC software or KBOX software also can work in locally.

We used the tuya app and also used ESP32 Tuya IoT Adapter V2

ok, if you use by tuya adapter v2, just do as this video:

make sure you have set the network mode = TCP Server using Vircom tool.
