Inquiry About Sensor Compatibility with the Board - engrezk - 03-15-2025 The water level sensor is malfunctioning and has three terminals: two for 12 volts (one positive and one negative) and one for data. The new locally available sensor, however, has only two terminals: one for 12 volts positive and one for the data point. I will attach pictures for reference. My question is: should I connect the positive terminal to the 12-volt power source and the data terminal to the data point on the board? Is this the correct approach? RE: Inquiry About Sensor Compatibility with the Board - admin - 03-15-2025 2 wire new, that's 4-20mA current type sensor. if your smart relay board have analog input ports (4-20mA) channel, just series connect with the analog input port. +12v-->sensor's RED cable-->sensor's BLACK cable --> analog (current) input port. |
