Hoping to create an SPI bus - clarencelocke - 03-26-2025 Would it be possible (by re-flashing the device with ESPHome) to repurpose the GPIO pins used for the RS-485 serial interface and one of the I2C buses to be used instead as an SPI bus? RE: Hoping to create an SPI bus - admin - 03-26-2025 SPI bus need 3 pins. on board have serial extend port for 2 pins, you also need another free gpio. if you don't use RS485, maybe you need remove the RS485 MAX13487 chip, then will release 2 free gpios. |
