By the looks of it youre ip nets are totally wrong. You are trying to connect to a ip net while being in a complete different ip range. I guess you should change one of the 2 to the right ip net range. I am quite sure you can solve the problem this way.

1. what's your rouer's IP address?
2. set work mode="UDP" work for "kincony smart home app" , i seen your phone screen, controller is online, you need to add controller for a roon begin to use. here is video tour: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FyPVUguU_h8&list=PLQUWhE_6LeORARgYbKhbx5CW5MWV2CwxX&index=3&t=237s
3. set work mode="TCP Server" work for "KBOX", but when you using "KBOX", it's use for local network, so your mobile phone need to use wifi connect to your router. i seen your screen is use by 4G.
