Need Help: SIM7600E Doesn’t Answer Call for Relay Command - hamshini_marat - 07-14-2025
Hello Admin,
I’m using the ESP32-S3 2-channel relay module – KC868-A2v3 with the GSM SIM7600E, and I tried the IFTTT method to control the relay. However, when I call the number of the SIM card inserted in the GSM module, it doesn’t answer automatically so that I can type in the code with # to turn the relay on or off. Instead, the call hangs up after a few rings.
I’ve attached screenshots of my configuration using the web browser.
Could you please guide me on what I might be missing or doing wrong?

what KCS firmware version you are using? take a photo.
