MB Current & Power too low. - chicagoandy - 12-17-2025 I have started using the MB battery monitor, but I see Current & Power readings are much lower than my Victron SmartShunt. Kincony Current: 2.7 A Victron Current : 5 A. 16A version of Kincony MB I am using the YAML referenced here: https://www.kincony.com/forum/showthread.php?tid=3975 Is there any tunings? What is the expected accuracy of 16A MB ? RE: MB Current & Power too low. - admin - 12-17-2025 the yaml file default use for 8A version. your 16A board, should replace with this line: shunt_resistance: 0.01 ohm check the resistance on your PCB as my photo, replace the value, it should be 0.005 ohm RE: MB Current & Power too low. - chicagoandy - 12-19-2025 Thank you, that fixed it. RE: MB Current & Power too low. - admin - 12-20-2025 ok, good. |
