Goes Offline - jeftevag - 12-29-2025 I have 4 KC868-E16P-V2.3 with firmware version 2.2.14, after about one week, they go offline, no TUYA access(TUYA show Offline), and there is no Web-access. I have to power off/on to make them come online. It's random witch controller who goes offline, but all of them goes offline during one week or so. They are powered by a MeanWell 12V 2.5A DIN-rail powersupply. RE: Goes Offline - admin - 12-29-2025 do you have connected with wifi antenna. take a photo of your board. RE: Goes Offline - jeftevag - 12-30-2025 I have wifi antennas connected, one for each controllerboard. Also antennas for 433MHz. RE: Goes Offline - admin - 12-31-2025 1. tuya wifi antenna use by 2.4G antenna, not 433M antenna. 2. if 4pcs of E16P all can't work with tuya. suggest you reboot of your router, or change your wifi channel of your router. RE: Goes Offline - jeftevag - 01-01-2026 I use 2.4GHz antennas for WiFi and 433MHz antennas for RF remote controls. And TUYA works fine on all controllers for about a week, so i do not understand it should not work. There should be a watchdog function in the firmware that do a ping to default gateway(adress configurable for end user) and do a reboot of the controller automaticly when there is no answer on the ping. I will now temporarely install a timer relay for automatic reboot of the controllers every night. RE: Goes Offline - admin - 01-02-2026 can you change your wifi router's setting? |
