E16V3 - Cover electrical insulation - ldebacker - 03-20-2026 Hi, The cover of the E16V3 seems to be coated metal. Rigid or semi-rigid wires are screwed on the terminal block , with the risk that the tip of the wire will touch the cover. Although the coated layer isolates the cover from the wire, this layer is very thin and the wire could scratch the coating so that the cover could quickly be submitted to high voltage. There should be additional isolation between the terminal block and the cover, such as a plastic strip glued to the cover. BRs, Laurent RE: E16V3 - Cover electrical insulation - admin - 03-20-2026 thanks for suggestion. |
