In case of 25A contactor is clear but what about neutral wiring for E16v2 module?

Firstly, thanks for sharing these diagrams and the companion YouTube video, they are amazing!

I have a couple of quick questions:

1. Do you use any specific software to create these diagrams?
   
2. To put the distribution box to use, if I wanted a relay to control a lamp I should just connect the lamp to the NO of any relay and then the neutral to one of the neutral "bridges" at the bottom part of the box?
