Hi,

do you have any idea how to read data from load cell such as this using KC868-A6 ?

i don't what's the DT and SCK pin of your module. if you know the protocol. you can program code for it.
KC868-A6 have two free GPIOs you can use.

it's standard XH-711 amplifier for digital scale
