"KCS" v3.9.1 firmware BIN file download

I've found another possible bug in the 3.9.x firmware, this time with the output ports rather than the input ports.  Specifically, if you select "Reverse" on the output, in this case DO2, then setting it has no effect.  Here's the setup:

And here's the output set:

   

So the output state never changes, whether it's set or not set.
