Good morning,

I have 2 questions to ask: 

1 I have the KC868-H32BS, the installed firmware is 2.10, I ask if the latest one is 2.14

2 when I connect it directly to the modem, with the ethernet cable, it works ok; if I connect it to a hub-switch it doesn't recognize it via UDP_SCAN_LIST.-...so it should only be used connected to the modem?

1. KC868-H32BS the newest firmware is V2.14SP.
2. you should connect to router, because maybe you enabled DHCP for H32BS. switch no DHCP function.
