Beste forum,
groet jurgen
I have a KC 868-A4 and a KC 868-4S.
The KC 868-A4S works when flashed with ESP Home with Home Assistant. The KC 868-A4 cannot be flashed. ESP Home does not seem to be able to find the board.
It is visible in device manager, the USB selection works, but ESP keeps loading when connected and the board relays click and the buzzer beeps.
What am I doing wrong? What is different about the A4 compared to the A4s?
The board does not appear under /dev/cu.* on my Mac, even though I have no trouble seeing other ESP32 boards. This confirms that my cable is fine and there are no driver issues. I haven't installed a battery on the board—is one required?
