KC868-E16T support you write any arduino code download to ESP32, so if you have the RS485 switch panel's protocol, if you can write arduino code, you can do anything.

different switch panel have different protocol, if you want to use any RS485 switch panel, you need to write the code for decode switch panel protocol, unless the switch panel's protocol compatible with relay board, it's almost impossible.
