KC868-A8S v2 manufacture issue? print issue? Tasmota issue?

Hi Everyone, 
I have a KC868-A8S v2 with Tasmota 10.0.0.3 (Kincony bin file). Unit appears to be OK, triggers relays, etc. 

I'm not sure if this is a manufacturing issue, printing issue or tasmota issue. 

Which I change the physical switch on the board, it doesn't trigger the right relay. But it does the following. 

Switch 1 - Relay 8
Switch 2 - Relay 7
Switch 3 - Relay 6
Switch 4 - Relay 5
Switch 5 - Relay 4
Switch 6 - Relay 3
Switch 7 - Relay 2
Switch 8 - Relay 1

If I trigger the relay from Tasmota, it triggers the correct relay. Ie, 1 tiggers 1, 2 triggers 2, etc. 

So, what is the issue?

This is a photo of the unit. I have my garage door connected to Relay 3, when I flick the 3 switch, nothing happens. When I flick switch 6, the door open/closes.
