KC868_A64
#1
Dear Admin

After KC868_A64 update to KCS 2, there is probeb to stay online.
Every time when I press SAVE button, I have to make the power restart to the A64 board. Without restart the board is offline, the device scaner does not see the A64 board.
And sometimes Tuya app does not see the A64 board, then I have to make the power restart.
I made a restart to my router and tried another router also.

What can be the problem?

Regards

Sten

I did the update, but same problem.
If I connect my pc to KC868_A64 WIFI, then I can do the settings and save, not need power reset all the time.
With lan connection it does not work.

now the device scanner dont see ethernet at all. And if ethernet is connected, then the board freeze. The input (wall switch) click dont do anything. And if I look the monitor screen, then input LED does not react.
Is it possible, that someone come to my computer via Teamviewer?

As I understand the board hardware is defective.
The board is ca 5 months old, do I have a warranty for this board?
