Kc868a newbie questions
#1
Hi,
I'm about to buy my first KC868 module but I have some very basic questions.

I had a tuya wifi relay board before and that created 13 switches which saturated my wifi network. If I flash esphome on this kc868 board will it create 16 switches on the network or just one device?

I need to have toggle switches able to control the relays and at the same time I want to be able control the switches from homeassistant. So if the toggle switch is on I still want to be able to turn the relay off.
This means if the toggle switch is at off state and I turn the relay on remotely then changing the manual switch to on will do nothing because the relay is already on.

Thx!

sure, it's basic function. one board in tuya app just one device. how many switch in tuya app according to relay channel number.
switch panel and tuya app can work at the same time. the state also will update to tuya app when the relay state changed by any way.

Perfect, thanks!

Another question. I'm planning to use this board with toggle switches that are 5 -10 meters (yard) away.
I have a class D amplifier in a fairly close proximity which apperantly puts out some pretty nasty emi signals. (I have a ZigBee relay board next to it and that suffers from phantom switching whenever the amplifier is on.)

I'd like to know if this board is equipped to cope with such interference and if not then is there any recommendations that I should follow?
Thanks

that's need test, but i think it's no problem. relay board use by wired solution, not wireless product.
switch panel between controller max 1000 meter.
