KCL868-COL and KCL868-H32B question

I have 2 more questions:
1. I will program the KCL868-COL to turn On and Off all the relays on KCL868-H32B in desired timings. And then I export all that data to KCL868-COL? And then I can disconnect it from my PC and it will run with his logical program inside, or it must be connected to the PC all time to read the logical settings?
Do you understand me? I don't know it has its own memory like Aurdino or it reeds the data from PC memory while running.
2. If relay 3 or 4, or 5 on KCL868-H32B has logical program to turn On in 07Am and turn Off in 10Pm, will it turn On when I press the manual On/Off switch in 11Pm?

1.you set all automatic logical command on PC, then write IFTTT command to KC868-COL. KC868-COL will running without PC working, your PC can power off, KC868-COL will work by itself.it's a computer.

2.Yes, manual control also can be used, then manual control way is top level for relay controller.
