KC868-ATC V1 dont work on Tuya

I received the board yesterday and start trying. The wifi state led blinks when its looking for conection, but after connect the led turn off, the switchs on Tuya app does not respond. After clean wifi config and connect again the app shows the switchs at the last change I did, and the wifi led star on and turn off after couple seconds. At the Tuya app shows all 32 switchs and the digital the inputs correct.

what relay controller you have connected with tuya adapter?
take a photo how you wire.
do you have download firmware to tuya adapter firstly?

because first time, need config it before use.

Connect with power only. Received, remove from box, connect power and connect to Tuya App, only this.

Connect with power only. Received, remove from box, connect to power, and pair with Tuya App only and this happen. Already did as the video, now even Tuya dont work, wifi is not working as AP, cannot find this. Tuya module dont work now, D4 not blink after flashing.

Finally its working, sorry for bothering, after reflashing all 4 like video not working, have to erase and reflash again, flashed Voice Control and Tuya start working fine. I'll try RS485 another day. Thanks.

When using RS485 commands, to change status on Tuya APP is necessary the feedback from relay board?

yes, do you using kincony relay board or your own relay board?
