AK not connecting to controller
#1
Hi

My AK board is not connecting to controller. Only one light red showing. It was working before but suddenly stop.
I tried to use a different AK to the same controller but also didn't work.

What should I do?

1. work led not blink's AK board, you can try to download firmware again. here is download link:
.zip   kc868-ak-v1.0.7.zip (Size: 453.15 KB / Downloads: 65)
2. test with your RS232 or RS485 cable whether have good contactor.
suggest you can use RS232 3 wire connection for a test.

check RS232 cable whether have good contact.
when AK board running, the LED will blink, if not "blink" , you can try to download firmware.
another test way : you can try to connect cable with RS485, not use RS232. then make sure your AK and H32B Pro's RS485 config setting is same.

are you sure it's not the h32b pro firmware? i will test with rs485 too
