Connecting analogue sensors

I am new to your board(kcs868-a16). need help testing the onboard LED indicators to see if they are working ok. Installed firmware and need to test if the outputs are ok. secondly need help connecting 0-5 v PH sensor. Do they already have input elctronics already inside or need external circuit for 0-5v signal.

do you want use analog sensor to control relay output? if this is right, just download KCS firmware, then create IFTTT command.
AI(0-5v dc) trigger DO (relay on/off).

Can you please send me the settings in ESPHOME so that the analog input measures the full range of 0-5V? When I gradually increase the voltage, it always stops somewhere around 3.2V and after 5V the value does not change. I have an analog sensor with a range of 0.5-4.5V. Thanks.

I tried to follow your video but had no luck.  Cause you explain what the values are in your kc868-a16s analog calibration video?  I use the same analog calibrator that you show and I do not get the same values.
