KC-868 A16 output strange behaviour

I've installed a KC868-a16 and used the 12v powersupply delivered by Kincony. For output's I use a seperate 24v power supply. The board is flashed by using ESPHOME+HomeAssistant.

5 inputs+outputs are in use. 

The problem occurs when using the default code (by Kincony) and when I use a modified version. 

The problem:
- When output 1,2,3,4 switched on, the corresponding LED's switch on and my relays switch on. 
- When switching output 5 on, all LED's switch off, except5. all relays stay on, but cannot be controlled by switching off the output (1,2,3,4).

the same issue occurs when I switch 1,2,4,5 on. Then output 3 starts the problem. 

my thoughts: 
- I2C adresses seem to be ok (v1.6 board)
- no library installed

you can download KCS firmware for teseting. now new board no firmware inside.

Hi, thanks for the quick response. I followed the complete guide and I guess that the installation of the firmware was successful:

There's is no difference in behavior with the output's. What can cause this issue?

I send the video. It shows that switching off the output's isn't synchronized with the LED's on the board and the 24v load on the output's.

i checked video, can you take a photo how you wire with KC868-A16?
the A16 board work with 24v power supply? the two Vin green terminal have connect with extend power supply? how many power supply you are using?

Hi, please refer to photo. The output is powered by an external power supply (24v). The board is powered by the 12v supply that came with the board.

now the problem is you used two power supply. these two power supply's GOUND have not connected together.
you can use only one 24v power supply, KC868-A16 board also support use by 24V power .

I connected the power supply for the board to the same 24v power supply as the output ports. The problem is fixed! Thanks for the great support!
I'm going to expand the setup with the a64 version.
