KC868-Server Raspberry Pi4 local server

my KC868-Server Raspberry Pi4 local server is no longer communicating with Home Assistant. You cannot toggle switches on and off while in Home Assistant. Home Assistant does not recognise all the ESP boards

Any link on how  to re install home assistant on the kc868 server? I know create a home assistant server on a micro sd card and boot on the raspberry pi. I need step by step how to perform this on kc868 server and integrate the on board 16 channel server.

if your CM4 without eMMC, you can install on the SD card.
if your CM4 with eMMC, you only install home assistant on eMMC, can't install on a SD card.

I have followed the instruction to install the RP driver as described but the eMMC refused to mount. I have used three windows computer and the same result. The problem is getting the eMMC to mount as storage on my PC.

you need to confirm whether your CM4 module with eMMC.

Yes, CM4 has eMMC. The problem was with Windows 11. I have installed the HA image on eMMC but without formatting eMMC when prompted to format. HA booted but on access the server, it three error attached

Do you use "Raspberry Pi Imager" download firmware to eMMC?

I used rpiboot_setup and balenaEtcher-1.19.21.Setup as described in the video

now you can use "Raspberry Pi Imager" download home assistant firmware, it's newest way. just chose home assistant firmware, directly to download. i am not sure why your home assistant have this issue, maybe try to use another install way for a test will find something.
