The Pi Imager is not seeing the eMMC. Is there a way I integrate standalone PI installed home assistant to work with the KC868 - server and other boards
1. if you want write image to eMMC, you need change BOOT jumper, then your computer will find the disk of eMMC.
2. sure, you can use any device installed home assistant, then integrate KC868-Server to other boards.
I have successful installed Home Assistant on eMMC after series of delving with other techniques but it is empty. I have to start on boarding. How do I integrate the inbuilt kc868 - control and other boards such as H32B Pro to it. Step by step will be appreciated. Unfortunately I did not do any backup. It is a learning process for me. Thanks for your help
I have managed to write the yaml for hc868 server and h32b_pro. kc868 server 16 channel can trigger the relays/contactors from the home assistant. H32B_Pro cannot trigger the relays from home assistant. All configs seems fine, as per the screenshots. What could be responsible?
your mqtt topic is wrong. if use KC868-H32B Pro, your mqtt topic should:
state_topic: ‘relay32/xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx/state’
command_topic: ‘relay32/xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx/set’
After the installation of HA OS on eMMC, all the USB ports are not accessible. I have followed the thread on this, but my eMMC boot drive is not accessible although it appears on the USB icon. Any click will unmount the eMMC drive. Any help how to make the eMMC accessible to enable the USB ports.
