M30 configure yaml for ESPhome
#11
Hello,

I just installed a M30 with a couple of CT clamp from NJXS for 400A/1V and 200A/1V.

I've installed the yaml file (copy/paste) from forum and it works! I'm not sure that the readings of amps are OK. I assume we have to tell the yaml code that it's a 400A/1V or 200A/1V so the readings are accurate..

I would assume for lighting purposes, we would have to change the "substitutions" at the beginning of the yaml file for the exact amps fuse of the circuit (even if different than the CT clamp amp rating).

I would assume that the multiplier would be where we can adapt with the actual CT clamp amps rating. Is it possible to help me out with the calculation of the multiplier if need be. I'm using only 1V CT Clamp with different amps rating. (400A, 200A, 30A, etc. to 1V)

where the CT sensor you buy from? our yaml file use CT sensor 2000:1 version. if your CT sensor not use by 2000:1, you can modify your yaml. just need to calibrate data.
