Why the RF remote control 433MHZ not 868 MHZ?

Why the RF remote control 433MHZ not 868 MHZ?
And if i had different wireless system 433 and 868 MHz at the same house , am i able to change the frequency if conflict with other systems ?

we using the 433MHz wireless receiver module.
433M and 868M device use in one room no problem, no conflict problem.
even if many 433MHz devices work in same house, also is no problem because every device many different address.

If any interference happened any solution to change the frequency ?

don't worry, 433M and 868M already used widely. if you want to change frequency, you can replace receiver module. until now, i have never see the interference problem with controller.
