KC868-M16v2 configure yaml for ESPhome
take a photo of your board. also take a photo of your POE module, i need to see the label on POE.

Yes.
See image of the board and switch. only 1 light on at the switch side. No led lights on at the network port on the board.

Managed to be successful.
In HA i have all the input sensors,
The SSD1302 oled screen is showing the T: H: AC.

I loaded the successfully compiled file, after i downloaded it, via the web.esphome.io.  I was getting the OTA devices couldn't be resolved. I missed that point and it was the main point.

what antennae can you recommend. when i move the board close to the DB i loose wifi signal. i want to install antennae on the M16 board on the esp32.

if you use wifi, you need connect with IPEX cable + 2.4G wifi antenna.
