KC868 H32 - help - needed firmware

Dear Admin and technical guys. I got into my email firmware for my K868-H32 PLC
1st was named 3-boot+relay32-all.hex - after downloading I could't start working with my keyboard and new extended switch board 

You send me new file named 3-H32_boot&main-all.hex 

I compare this hex file and it's the same file only name was changed. Checksum 0xBBC71F is identical on both files.

Please help me to fix my PLC. It's 3rd day without lights on my house...


My PLC have a connection to ST Link.

After you update firmware, re power on of your controller. if switch board can't control relay, now whether you phone app can be used? or whether your phone app can see controller is "online"?
why you want to update the firmware for KC868-H32? something wrong?

this is original firmware, download and unzip. there is a HEX file.
But I don't think firmware have problem, after you download the firmware,whether re power on of controller and other parts (keyboard)
and when you download , do you power on for the relay board?

Ok, I will checked that PLC run on original firmware.
The new switch board will be working with previous version software in PLC ? When I bought this board from Aliexpress I got information on necessity update firmware to new one.

new switch board can't work with old firmware. other people updated the relay controller no problem. I think you can flash and download the old firmware for a test, if relay controller work well, then download new firmware again have a test. any questions leave message on forum. make sure every stop as our video, some settings.

Dear Admin I found bug in the latest firmware. I know that's the problem is beetwen PLC and extension module-replicator RS232 port. I download original firmware from 2017 and it's okay.

Keyboard working correctly after power on PLC.
On new software when lost the power supply and powered on PLC not communicating with extended keyboard and switch board.

I check all configuration and have notes.
After powered on PLC start working correctly when earlier for example 5s is powered on rs232 double replicator. Next power on Plc. Probably plc faster loading connection rs232 than other extensions modules.

I think that software should be modificated to recconect connections by rs232 when lost the power.Tommorow i send the video.

OK, you can send me the video, we will check. the new firmware include the bootloader function. so when you power on ,begin 5 seconds, there is wait for bootloader, after 5 seconds controller will begin to work. when you update the new firmware of MCU, next time, you can update firmware by RS232 port , not need to use ST-Link cable again.
