According to page below, I should select my specific esp8266 board:

According to page below the product KC868-A32 uses Espressif ESP32:

But I couldnot find it on below menu:
Arduino IDE 2.0.4 > Tools > Board > esp8266 > ...

Could you help me on selecting the correct board.

if you use KC868-A32, it made by "ESP32" , chose "NodeMcu-32S" board.

Then I extracted arudino from the zip file from here

Board Manager: Yes I checked it. esp32 is version 1.0.6.
Library Manager: I think header files are related with library manager. Now, for no reason, it started giving me below error

I have put the PCF8574 library, under library folder, under sketchbook location. 
For my case it is C:\me\codes\arduino\libraries
And it worked.
