download the ZIP file , unzip update the bin file for KC868-H32B relay controller by USB-RS232 cable.

First of all, congratulations - great job.

However, this version has some bug. Password settings are not working. You can enter any password, save it, but logging into "Web KINCONY" is still done using the standard "admin" password ...

the photo you have set login password for "admin". user name is fixed by "admin". so if you want set login password is 12345678. you should input with "Login Password" option.
second line "Post Password" means http command string password, that's for software engineer use.

after you have uploaded and then clicked run, how long does it take to update the firmware and what are the next steps?


as this is the first time i have updated to firmware? help guide would be useful, cant find one anywhere?

I’ve tried everything you it says in videos and pdf document, if I use the pc app on windows 10 it connect ok but relays not working at all, I think it may be broken now, any help would be greatly appreciated.

just an update, downgraded firmware to v4.20, it sort of works, relay two works for a little while then switches off, with 4 red lights on, then comes back on with flashing red lights, i cannot control via any app at all, pc or kbox, all configured correctly though. i bin have disconnected as this is useless, I'm half tempted to through it in the bin and forget the idea of a smart home.
