Hello any idea why my a4s is not working ? 

i try to re install firmware but this error pops up  - failed to initialized - try resetting your device or hold the reset BUTTON. 

the LAN is not blinking anymore

offline in home assistant.

PLEASE Help.
i also try to hold the esp32 chip its hot is that normal ?
