when you download firmware, your comptuer MUST need internet.
Ok, I am an IT engineer so understand all that and it has full internet.
I downloaded the flash tool and both Tasmota and the Kincony firmware images and trying to flash the 868-A8 with Tasmota which did not work so I tried the Kincony firmware.
I provided the detailed messages from the board when I attempt to flash it.
Can you please comment on what I provided? Is it a correct response? If it is, any idea why the board is not downloading the file from my computer?
When I flash a local copy of the firmware why does it need internet if the image is local? Should I be using a URL link directly and if so can you provide them for both Tasmota and Kincony please?
If you read my emails you wil see the version of Kincony firmware I downloaded. Is it correct for the KC868-A6 Board version 1.5.
Thanks

Forgot to mention I did watch the tasmota video previously, and download the software. I followed it step by step and the board will not flash per my other emails.
At times the board power cycles and not sure why. This board has never be used until now, I purchased it 6 months ago.
