i have said, take a whole video to whatsapp. I don't know the details, I can't make a judgment.

You can close this off. I found a workable solution.
I configured the KC868-A8 with the Tasmota safe mode firmware which created the safe mode partition and then loaded the recommended software in the video.
You might want to familiarize yourself with this in case other customers run into the same problem I did.
