Problems appear what you not issue correct and detail user manual, where each item on screens detail explain what mean and how use. Please accept my apologize, but issuing videos on YouTube can not replace manuals. Please try issue professional technical manual. I suppose you try make Kincony more popular and increase sales, you will do it just if make it. No one like ask support if everything explain in manuals.
