1) I appreciate your assistance. I have changed the KBox mobile app to the same state and have set the port number to 4196. I have also changed my settings to STA mode. Both are operating without issue. I have connected the KBox software to my Windows PC, albeit there is currently a small hiccup. The main problem was that, although I could view the output status from the mobile KBox app after refreshing it, the PC KBox app would not update in real time because this software did not have a refresh button.
