you can check with A32 Pro,  it have 40 digital input, 32 relay output. or do you need MOSFET output?  if YES, you can check with KC868-H32BS controller, it have 32 channel digital input ports and 32 channel mosfet output.

A32 Pro : I don't need relays (I need MOSFET outputs).
KC868-H32BS : Has 32 channels digital inputs ports and 32 channels MOSFET outputs
                         But doesn't have ESP32 for ESPhome or Arduino code.

So I suggest you make something close to "KC868-H32BS module" but with ESP32.
