KC868-A6 with waveshare LAN8720

Hello,

I am trying to setup KC868-A6 with LAN using waveshare lan8720 controller - I used the following configuration:

```ethernet:
  type: LAN8720
  mdc_pin: GPIO23
  mdio_pin: GPIO18
  phy_addr: 0
```
but I keep on getting the folowing error on esphome:

would you be able to support this configuration?
