KC868-A16 Ethernet DS18B20 issues

I changed the sensors (chose onother vendor) and the issue resolved.  There is a difference, either you use 'arduino' or 'esp-idf' framewrok in esphome.  With latter the issue happens sooner, but with 'arduino' framework it also happens, just later.
I have tens of sensors (from Aliexpress), so it's not just few faulty units.  So, testing needs be done, before installing them physically in place.
