KBOX COMMUNICATION WITH KC868-H32B

Hi Kincony support.

The KC868-32B with Switch terminal board :

Using Kbox on home network

Kbox Can't see and control the controller

The controller power on, yellow led light on and connected to Ethernet home network.

i can't find the ip for the controller neither wifi nor ethernet

The situation now all load off except what i put it on last time was working and connected !

I can't control the load any more, please help for set Anydesk session today or tomorrow to look at his issue that is happened several times.
