After scanning the QR code with my Smart Life app, the smart321.com server won't load. I've tried using my WiFi and Cellular internet connection, still the same issue. I've confirmed my Tuya details are copy-pasted and correct. See check your inbox for the video recording of me scanning your QR code with the Smart Life app.
I think there's something wrong with the "smart321.com" server.
